What a life coach does for you is to help you ask the right questions to understand what you want from life, and gives you tools you can use to realize your vision. Even if you're already pretty happy, she will help you make the minor adjustments that will forge lasting improvement. You'll still have good days and bad days, but if you apply the techniques she teaches, you will gradually become the person you've always hoped to be.
If you're living at 80% and want to go to 100%, or if your life "looks good on paper," but does not give you the level of satisfaction it should, I encourage you to seek out Ned and take steps toward creating your best life.
